Donghae (June 15)

Got to Donghae today after passing through some beautiful mountainous countryside.  Korea really is a beautiful country once you get out of the cities.  I wandered around Donghae for a while and I actually recognized a lot of plants and a few birds because they were the same as some of the ones I've been studying for Ulleungdo.  I saw Duchesnea indica, Chelidonium majus, and Calystegia soldanella to name a few of the plants, and Oriental Greenfinches and Brown-headed Bulbills as far as birds go.  Funny, I actually had a dream about Brown-headed Bulbills last night.
