Happy to say I've bought my ticket to Seoul and will be in Korea from June 14 to September 5 this summer. Lots of preparations ahead - gear-wise, logistic-wise and academic-wise - but it's all starting to come together. I do believe I shall be completely overwhelmed when I get there, and especially when I get to Ulleungdo. I anticipate stepping off the boat and falling down from excitement/exhaustion/so many plants. But I digress...
What I'm trying to say is that even though it's a huge task just getting there, I finally feel like it's really happening...and maybe, just maybe it will be reasonably manageable.
